Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Limit quantities purchased per person or order
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as production begins promptly for made-to-order items.
Processing Time & Shipping
Processing times are listed on individual product pages and are estimates, not guarantees.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control once an order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted.
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping or there is an error on our part, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Any exchange or replacement is offered solely at our discretion.
Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage caused after delivery is not eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.
