Are your items handmade?

All items are hand-embellished to order with premium materials. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations are normal and part of the uniqueness of your item.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes! Custom orders are welcome. Please submit a custom order request or contact us before purchasing to confirm design details, pricing, and processing time. Custom orders require approval prior to purchase.

🚚 Shipping & Timing

How long does it take to make my order?

All items are made to order. Current processing times are 1-2 weeks to complete embellishments. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for highly customized designs.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available for select items for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to purchasing to confirm availability and pricing.

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Issues

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our items, returns and refunds are not accepted.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Exchanges or replacements may be considered at our discretion and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

✨ Care & Wear

Will rhinestones fall off over time?

Our items are carefully crafted for durability; however, normal wear and tear over time is expected, especially with frequent use. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, exposure to water or heat, or normal wear over time.

How should I care for my item?

To extend the life of your item:

  • Handle with care
  • Avoid water, heat, and moisture
  • Do not drop or bend embellished areas
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use

Are your items licensed or affiliated with brands?

Some items are genuine, licensed brand products that have been independently hand-embellished. Our shop is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brands, including but not limited to Disney, NFL, Taylor Swift, Barbie, or Bravo TV.

Why might my item look slightly different than the photo?

Because each item is handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike. Minor variations in rhinestone placement, color tone, and finish are normal and expected.
